      Introduction:The symons crusher is widely used in fields of metal and non-metal mining, cement, construction,metallurgy industries. It can used to crush materials like iron ore, ferrous minerals, granite, limestone, quartz, sandstone, pebbles and so on.
              The Symons cone crusher produced by our company has many advantageous features. With reliable property, firm structure and stable operation, the machine can produce uniform-sized finished products. 
              It is user-friendly and economical and with various chambers easy to clean and maintain.
      In addition, the operating condition is sealed with glycerin.

      Compositions:It comprises the body frame, the horizontal shaft, the mobile cone body, the balancing wheel, the eccentric sleeve, the fixed cone, the mobile cone, the hydraulic converter, the lubrication system, the hydraulic system, the control system and so on.

      Working Principle:Driven by the motor, the V-belt, the belt wheel, the transmission shaft, the small and big cone cogwheels will drive the eccentric sleeve to rotate. The shaft swings under the force of the eccentric shaft sleeve, which makes the surface of the cone coming close to the surface of the concaves. The material is crushed continuously in the loop-like chamber which comprises the fixed cone and the mobile cone. Particles with required sizes will be discharged from the bottom.
